How do I download a FREE template?
Please take note of the "Download" button located at the end of the post, which provides access to a free template through the "FREE DOWNLOAD"Â option.
How can I register on TinyPPT?
Registering is only applies to the user who would like to have our Pro features such as access Pro templates, unlimited downloads, etc.
If the user only wants to use free templates, you don’t need to register.
You choose one of our plans on the Subscriptions page, then you process the payment via PayPal.
The confirmed link will be sent to your inbox, click that link and then set up your username and password you want.
What Pro plans do you have?
We offer both Monthly and Yearly subscription plans. The Monthly package is billed on a monthly basis, whereas the Yearly package requires a single annual payment.
Opting for the Yearly package often results in cost savings compared to paying twelve individual monthly fees. Additionally, the Yearly package provides access to all template types, whereas the Monthly package limits downloads to Infographic, Newspaper, or Brochure Premium templates only.
What are the benefits of having a Pro account?
With a Pro account, you will have:

- Access Premium templates
- Unlimited download
- Fast download
- No ads
What can I do to have unlimited* downloads?
If you are an unregistered user, you will have a limit of 05 free downloads per day.
You have the option to raise this limit to 20 downloads per day by signing up for the Yearly Package or 10 downloads per day with the Monthly Package.
What are your available payment methods? What cards do you accept?
At this moment, the only platform supported for payment is PayPal. You may pay by credit or debit card, as long as it is enabled for online payments.
We do not accept other payment methods.
Is payment through your website safe?
Payment is done via PayPal, a platform that has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
Does TinyPPT store my credit card details?
Your credit card details are protected. Only you have access to them. Our payment process via PayPal is secure and TinyPPT cannot store nor access these details.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
No, it won’t. Our subscription is designed for manual renewal only, and there is no automatic renewal feature in place.
Are there any additional charges after purchasing my subscription?
Your subscription comes with no hidden fees or extra charges for services like faxing or any additional features. It’s a straightforward and all-inclusive plan.
Can I ask for a refund if I cancel my subscription?
You can choose to cancel your subscription; however, our refund policy will be enforced.
- Refunds are assured within 30 days for Yearly Package if the user has downloaded fewer than 10 templates.
- For Monthly Package, refunds are applicable within 7 days if the user has downloaded fewer than 5 templates.
Beyond these time frames, refund requests will not be accommodated.
What happens if I open a dispute with PayPal about a TinyPPT payment?
When you open a dispute with PayPal about a payment related to TinyPPT, for security reasons, we proceed to disable your subscription until the dispute or claim is resolved.
If the dispute is finally resolved in your favor, we will refund the amount and cancel the subscription. Otherwise, the subscription will be re-enabled and will end after the billing cycle that you have paid for has expired.
